A Note About This DM message directed on LinkedIn and Archived to the archive history record of Foothill Aids Project ongoing file record online at http://foothillaidsproject.fuckeduphuman.net

On LinkedIn, I contacted my "advocate/case manager" Michael Maynard who is a staff social worker at Foothill Aids Project in San Bernardino. We are meeting at the San Bernardino office on Tuesday's at 10 am weekly. The proceeding message was the content that was directed on the social media communication channel LinkedIn. A file record copy of this message was immediately placed to the history saved the archive on http://foothillaidsproject.fuckeduphuman.net. It has been moved to directory staff directory Michael_R_Maynard for the preservation of the truth. His status on LinkedIn between our account was blocked after receiving this message. Does that mean he is not acknowledging receipt of this message or that he does not want connection communication on LinkedIn. Does not matter, the message and it's content statements of meaning was sent and delivered to the User Account on Linkedin. His blocking action removed the message from his view on the site, but not the view on the archive record file record being placed in real time events for the prosperity of the truth.

The first week was strange, to say the least. I attempted to have a document that was in my hand in printed form exchanged with Mr. Maynard that was issued from Former Mental Health Program Director Doctor Howard Newsome, Phd in 2007. A signed print copy of this mental health advocacy letter was given to Mr Maynard on Tuesday the 7th of August 2018. This was witnessed by my mother Veronica Ann Driskill. This is wrong to not commit moral agency onto these circumstances --- someone has to take responsibility and put this upward into the concern of higher authorities so that client can be safely assured the hate harassment retaliation is terminated and client can live his life free of the haters collective elite in leadership charge of Ryan white social service agencies anywhere ---- proven was present at Colorado Health Network in Denver Colorado by an employee review collaborating their toxic distrustful work environment with racism and gossip being reported to be internal of their organization.

The second Week went better than the first. It appeared the Mr. Mayward had a different presence of attitude to maybe correct the conflict of circumstances of the hate that I received from Denver. There was a preplanned agenda to complete housing assistance documentation. There was an assistant there R to assist in that task. This meeting also witnessed by my mother Veronica Ann Driskill. At the stage where I signed the HIPPA privacy argreement rules document, I explained to the room that this is where the violations occured at the Colorado Health Network in their 11-month hate and harassment campaign against me. Mr Maynard's response to this report was "This is a federal offense". My reply "I know that" His reply of action was "I'll have to make a report of this". My reply "Thank you, Please Do" There was no solution or work effort placed to the solutions of resolving housing conflicts task agenda except for this little discussion on the Hippa rules privacy agreement now enforced and established at Foothill Aids Project. There is much more to resolution that just simple reporting of Hippa violations by staff at Colorado Health Network. No schedule for that task was confirmed. We have another meeting next week.

I have been the victim of the Ryan White Care Act social services that has placed me into an intractable conflict of a wicked problem that there absolutely no question exists. We can proceed professionally like it matters. Everyone so far has broken their trust with this network in the protection of a great huge secretive agenda that is not being revealed in the social services side of provided contract relationships. I take my job as a peace builder extremely seriously. We cannot proceed with this secret unrevealed to the cause and harming effect it is having onto our society.
